The Homebuyer Assistance Program Workshop is an 8-hour workshop designed for first-time homebuyers.  The workshop addresses various aspects of purchasing and owning a home including:  working with your Realtor and Loan Officer, the Closing process, the importance of Insurance, basic home maintenance and money management.
