CCCS® has been approved for Online Pre-Filing Counseling in all jurisdictions in the following states: (Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an agency's services - EOUST)
The debtor's fee for pre-filing counseling is $75 per couple and $50 for individuals. The debtor’s fee for the 2-hour education course is $70 per couple and $45 for individuals. It is understood that no debtor will be turned away because of an inability to pay. If your circumstances warrant a waiver of this fee, please click above link to submit a fee waiver form. If approved, you will be issued a username and password to access the system. |
