The online DMP Deposit is provided for your convenience.  Please be aware that it will take 10 business days for the money to clear your account.  Weekends and holidays are not included in the 10 days. If payment does not clear before the deposit due date, this will cause money to be disbursed late to your creditors and will cause creditors to add fees and interest to your account.

We offer a free ACH service for our monthly Debt Management clients where funds are validated in 48 hours and are drawn every month on your due date.  Deposits are drawn and disbursed every month on time.  Call us at 800.856.0257 for more information.

ACH NSF Collection Terms:  Presentation to the bank 3 times, with a $30 NSF fee each time the transaction is returned.

An instant ACH option is available if your payment needs to post right away and is available by calling us at 800.856.0257.  There is a $15 fee for this option.

When initializing the monthly on-line payment option, you must contact CCCS to change the amount or cancel the monthly transaction.
