For Immediate Release on June 15, 2007 At Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of North Central Texas employees work hard to help clients achieve financial stability and success. This is especially important now to homeowners facing the possibility of foreclosure.
Kimberly Williams is a nationally certified housing and credit counselor at the CCCS headquarters in McKinney. Kimberly gets the Golden Eagle Award for June for not only saving homes from foreclosure, but for also mediating with mortgage lenders for the best options for her clients. Kimberly is well-known for putting her “heart” into her work. CCCS saves 97 percent of client’s homes facing imminent foreclosure. Kimberly came to CCCS 2 years ago as the credit counselor in the Lewisville office, where she excelled and increased the client-load while building a strong bond with her clients. She was promoted into the Housing department in January of this year. “I love loss mitigation and getting to save homes, and I know my clients appreciate what I do for them,” Kimberly said. “I’ve never done anything as rewarding as this, and the joy I see on the faces of my clients when I’m able to get the best work-out for them from their lender, well it’s just wonderful.” All the CCCS employees congratulate Kimberly on her success and winning the Golden Eagle for June.

Client Testimonials

Six months ago I thought there was no hope financially. I was overwhelmed with the past due bills and creditor calls. I would have to run late on one bill to pay another to bring it current. It was a vicious cycle. After working with my credit counselor at C.C.C.S., I found I could pay my bills on time, save a little money, and even have extra funds for special things. Along with working out a debt management program, Wendy showed me how I could live within a budget. Not only has she provided financial advise and assistance, her personal encouragement is invaluable. I’m learning not to stress out when things get tight financially. She helped me see there is always a solution! Thanks so much!—Tricia K. |
