Exceptional Service Hallmark of Bi-Lingual Counselor at CCCS PDF Print E-mail

McKinney, TexasAida Villa came to Consumer Credit Counseling Service of North Central Texas (CCCS) in June of 2006 and immediately made an impact on the agency, her co-workers and agency clients. 

“Aida promptly answers all of my questions and does what she says she’ll do,” say CCCS clients.  “It is not often that someone so professional and knowledgeable goes the extra mile to follow up with a customer.”

Aida began proving her value the first day of her employment as an Account Specialist, doing what the title suggests; specializing in giving excellent service.  In an agency teeming with eager volunteers, Aida’s ability to communicate with the agency’s Hispanic population is invaluable.  In addition to her regular duties she volunteered to take on the meticulous task of disbursing client funds to creditors to help the accounting personnel.  She is also in training to help with teaching financial literacy to Hispanics through the CCCS education department.

“I’m honored to accept this award of the Golden Eagle for Outstanding Service,” Aida said. “My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and CCCS is the perfect place to use my abilities to help those around me, and that includes not just our clients but our agency that is so dedicated to the overall wellness of our clients and each other.  I am truly blessed to be a part of this team.” 

 

Aida was recently promoted to credit counselor where she will be the primary budget counselor for the McKinney office.
