For Immediate Release on November 20, 2008 Remember when you were young and experienced the wonder and joy of the holidays? When I think back, my mind is filled with wonderful, happy memories. I can imagine that most of you feel the same. Now imagine being a child, with all the expectations of all their dreams coming true, being taken from their home and surroundings that they know. Even if it is for their protection or to make sure that their well being is protected, being removed from their home at any time is traumatic. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of CCCS of North Central Texas is supporting CASA’s HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE, by providing an easy location for new, unwrapped toys to be dropped off for Collin County children in need. Please support childhood, and the memories made over the holidays by donating a new, unwrapped toy for children removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.
