Take the Spur 399 exit (exit #38) off 75 and go east (right).  This will turn into Hwy 5.  At this point CCCS is about 4 miles.  You will pass Industrial Blvd. and Louisiana.  On your left, you will pass the McKinney Plaza, a Diamond Shamrock and a Thrift Store.  CCCS is the next building on your left.

From Hwy 75 South: exit 15th Street.  Turn left under Hwy. 75 and left again to be heading northbound on the service road.  Be in your right lane.  Zander's House  restaurant will be on your right hand side and you may pull into their parking lot as it does turn into the Bank Of America Plano Tower building parking lot as well.  Or you may turn right between Zander's House and Cheddars.  The CCCS office is in a large black office building east of Central (Hwy. 75) behind Zander's House restaurant on the 7th floor.
