The new law requires that you complete an approved session of budget and credit counseling before you can file for bankruptcy. Upon satisfactory completion of the counseling session, you will receive a certificate indicating that you received the mandatory counseling. CCCS realizes that this will satisfy the legal requirements, but also hopes you will gain knowledge that will help you restore and maintain your financial well being. All counseling will be performed by qualified Certified Counselors. CCCS has been approved for counseling in all judicial districts in the states of: TEXAS , ARKANSAS , OKLAHOMA AND LOUISIANA

A second requirement by the new law is that you complete an Educational course. While you will be learning budgeting, the goal will be to provide you with the tools and knowledge to build a new financial life based on sound financial principles as taught by a qualified instructor. It is vital that you and your family learn how to move forward in a manner that will not bring you to this point again. Our program will provide all that is necessary to help you obtain this.
